TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THREADGOLD  LTD.

Please read our terms and conditions carefully if for any reason you do not agree with these please do not use our site. If you order from Threadgold LTD then you are agreeing to our terms.

All garments are made to measure and styling is confirmed with the customer during the initial consultation. It is not uncommon that the on the first fitting minor alterations will be needed on the garment to ensure a perfect fit. These alterations are included in the initial price of the suit. Should you need alterations on your Threadgold suits after you have received your suit, for example due to weight loss or gain, these can be done at a reduced rate.

 

 Cancellation or Refund

 

All of our products are bespoke and tailor made to you, therefore cancellations or changes to orders are unable to be accepted after 24 hours of placement of your order. Should you wish to cancel your order within this period, please email Katie@threadgoldlondon.com Refunds are only offered if there is a fault in the production of the garment.

 

Payment

Payment is taken upfront or on a 50/50 basis for orders over £5,000. We can accept payment using debit or credit cards, Paypal, cheque (for UK customers only) or if you prefer you can contact us for details of IBAN or SWIFTBIC to make payments direct via internet banking / bank transfer.

 

Availability

As is the case, from time to time cloth will not be available from the mill when we call to order. If this is the case then we will contact you within two working days to ask if you wish to continue with the order or ask you to make an alternative choice or if you do not want to do this to offer a full refund.
